1.    What are your inspection hours?

Monday – Friday 6am to 6pm

4.    How can I find out if I need my Emissions test done?

You should recieve your renewal card in the mail from DMV which states if you need it or not. You can check with DMV or use this link to find out.

5.    I have more Giant points than the pump gave me today, what do I do?

If you are certain that none of your points have expired call 1-877-366-2668 and tell them how many points you should have. They will activate your points so you can use them on your next fill-up and in most cases they will award you an additional 100 points for your trouble.

6.    Do I have to have my registration with me to get a safety inspection or emissions test?

No. If you do not have your registration with you, our inspectors can get the information they need by running your VIN number through our computer.

7.    I’m trying to use my credit card at the pump, but the screen says “please wait or see the cashier.” What do I do?

Our pumps need you to run your credit card BEFORE you pick up the pump handle. This is especially true if you are trying to use a Giant card or a Rewards Network card for discounted gas. Make sure the pump handle is properly hung up and start again. If the problem persists, see the cashier.

8.    What are your budget truck rental hours?

Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 11:30pm
